Welcome to Pinnacle Performance!

Training programs are broken into 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 week blocks. Each program will work through 4 phases of progression starting with Preperation, hypertophy/basic strength, strength/power, and Peak. Programs are tailored to coordinate with your current strength schedule.

Pinnacle Power ProgramPinnacle Power Program

The 3P program will provide individuals and athletes the opportunity to build explosive power and gain strength. The program design will teach athletes various techniques to help develop raw power using Olympic lifts, and Plyometrics. Athletes will be shown their wasted movements using videography, and adjustment taught directly following. Athletes will learn to properly lift for the Front Squat, Back Squat, Hang Clean, and Power Clean, High/low hang pulls, Dead lifts and the Push Press. This program is designed for all experience levels, from beginners to elite athletes. Programs will last 6-12 weeks depending on goals and understanding of the techniques. Sessions will last 1-1 ½ hrs in length. The programs can be as individualized or group oriented as you choose.

Flexibility and FocusFlexibility and Focus

The Flexibility and Focus program is designed to increase flexibility, and balance while teaching mental preparation. Athletes will be taught many different dynamic warm-up drills to help activate the whole muscle structure. The program design is for individuals and athletes interested in becoming more flexible for their sport. The dynamic warm-up drills will replicate those moves specific to your sport, preparing your mind and body for those movements. Athletes are encouraged to work on focus and mental preparation by improving balance and body control. The program will first start by introducing several drills designed to slowly train the brain to move the muscles in the most efficient way. Each program session lasts 30-45 minutes.

Speed, Agility and QuicknessSAQ Program (Speed/Agility/ Quickness)

The Pinnacle Performance SAQ program is for those individuals and athletes interested in increasing their sprint and long distance speed, acceleration/deceleration, improving their agility, learning body control, and increasing their reactive quickness. Athletes will move through a progression of drills over the course of 8-16 weeks. There will be 4 levels of progression, starting with a preparation phase, moving onto a hypertrophy/endurance phase, which leads to the power/strength and ending with a Peak phase. The last phase will incorporate movements that are sport specific. This program is idea for all individuals and athletes of all ages and all levels of fitness and athletic ability. Each SAQ workout lasts 1-1 ½ hrs.

Peak PlyoPeak Plyo’s

The Peak Plyo program is simply that, a progressive approach to teaching Plyometrics to beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes. No matter what level of experience you have, this program will work with your specific skill set, and provide additional training and teaching using plyometric drills such as jumps, hops, skips, bounds and ricochets (resistance and over-speed training). Plyometrics is proven to provide additional power output for core lifts while increasing explosivity, in both linear and lateral directions. Programs are designed for 6-12 week blocks (2-3x per week). Athletes will be evaluated to determine the length of program along with taking technique displayed, time constraints and experience level into consideration.

Total PackageThe Total Package

The Total Package Program incorporates all of the PNP programs into an 8-16 week Off-season or Pre-Season training program. Athletes will work on all facets of the designed programs each session. Individuals, teams or emergency departments (firefighters, policemen) can participate in this program to increase Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Flexibility and Teamwork. Individuals and Athletes will be tested and evaluated throughout the program to ensure adequate results and goals are being met. Participants will be tested on explosivity, lateral/linear movements, vertical jump, endurance and power. Individuals and athletes are encouraged to schedule 3 days/week to complete the program.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 5:30pm-10:00pm, Saturday 9am-5pm

HARD WORK

There is no shortcut to strength development, as there is none for the development of skill, agility or endurance in an athlete. No amount of fancy gimmicks, equipment or alleged time-saving ‘fads' will substitute for a long term program. Hard work is required to develop the quality of strength needed by an athlete for optimum performance in his/her specialty.

All training at Pinnacle Performance is directed. Individuals work one-on-one with a coach or train with a group under the coach’s guidance. Training programs are designed to suit individual or group requirements.
